• Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, accessibility, and scope of work.
• Any additional work will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings must be confirmed in advance.
• We require notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Access to Property

The customer must ensure:

• Safe and clear access to the areas requiring cleaning
• Availability of water supply if required
• Removal of obstacles or personal items prior to service

We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.

5. Results & Limitations

While we aim to deliver the best possible results:

• Some stains (oil, rust, deep-set marks) may not be fully removable
• Results depend on surface condition and material
• We do not guarantee complete restoration in all cases

6. Property Condition & Liability

• Customers must inform us of any pre-existing damage
• We take reasonable care but are not responsible for:
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Weak or deteriorated surfaces
  • Loose paint, grout, or materials affected by pressure cleaning

7. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
